J K Williams LLC is an over-the-road (OTR) trucking company which specializes in End Dump freight throughout the United States and Ontario and is the primary trucking company for Glaser Williams.  We have a strong Owner/Operator program that has helped us achieve an excellent customer base that continues to grow creating an ever-increasing demand for additional equipment.  As an Owner/Operator with J K Williams LLC, you can expect to be treated as fairly and equally as a company driver.   As part of the Owner/Operator program, this is what you can expect:  

• $225,000 to $250,00 Gross Sales annually
• Fuel Surcharge (FSC)
• All IFTA and state weight-distance taxes are compiled and filed by J K Williams LLC for your unit—all you have to do is pay the amount owed
• Drive for a carrier who abides by AND is compliant with all DOT Rules & Regulations
• Drive for a carrier where you are a PERSON and not a NUMBER
• Settlement Payments distributed on a weekly basis
• Home at LEAST every other weekend
• Full use of J K Williams Comdata Services for fuel and repairs
• Log books, freight bills and trip sheets provided
• Updates and training on any new requirements set forth by the DOT

Although we DO NOT require an individual to have End Dump experience, our insurance company has a few minimum requirements:  

• Minimum of 2 years verifiable CDL experience
• Minimum of 23 years of age
• Good/Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

With the Owner/Operator program, if you do not have an End Dump trailer to pull we have a LEASE-PROGRAM available with a nominal fee of 10% of Gross to the unit.  Additional information is available upon request.  

We believe our Owner/Operator program is one of the finest in the End Dump industry with a great compensation package.  Each individual is responsible for having the unit tagged individually or through J K Williams LLC and must also provide their own general liability and bobtail insurance.  Other than that, the fees associated with being part of this program:  

• 13% of Gross for freight brokerage and use of authority and its privileges
• 7% of Gross for Liability, Cargo and Work Comp Insurance
